In order to manage your Digital Certificate Orders, you need to search for them from your Control Panel with GTTPL, and access their Order Information interface.

To List/Search and Manage Digital Certificate Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Next, click

   For Resellers: Products -> Digital Certificates -> List / Search.

   For Customers: Digital Certificates -> List / Search.

3. Search for the domain name for which the Digital Certificate Order has been purchased.

   Note

   • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Order Creation Date as All after selecting the Within radio button.

   • For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

4. In the next page, you would see a list of all domain names, with Digital Certificate Order bought through GTTPL. Click any of the domain names to reach its Order Information view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
